Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from our Michigan location within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via a standard ground service.

Estimated delivery times are between 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons, sales, or in the event of inclement weather.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that we can only ship to street addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mothbear.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for filing a claim with the carrier.
- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@mothbear.com so that we can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Note that we are not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" but not received. We advise customers to ensure their delivery location is secure.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States and are unable to fulfill international orders.
